to the desk. >>> thank you. japan's prime minister went on television today to tell 140,000 people living near an earthquake damaged nuclear power plant stay indoors. that's as conditions continue to deteriorate at that nuclear plant. there have been at least three explosions at the plant. elevated levels of radiation have been detected in the surrounding areas. one bright spot for the rescuers today, a 70-year-old woman was found alive four days after that disaster struck. the woman was found inside of her house. it had been washed away by the tsunami. she was suffering from hypothermia but she was conscious. we'll have more on the crisis in japan coming up in just a couple minutes. >>> in overnight news, san francisco police are looking for suspects in a shooting outside a crowded bar in the mission district. ktvu's allie rasmus tells us five people were injured. allie, any word on what led up to the shooting? >> reporter: pam, police haven't identified a motive in this case. however, police spokesman says they are looking into the possibility that this shooting may have been gang-related an
